2. Account Responsibilities

Users must:

• Not share login credentials

We may suspend accounts for misuse.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected method.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

• Memberships automatically renew unless canceled
• Fees once billed are non-refundable
• Users are responsible for canceling before the next billing cycle

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must follow studio policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of class credit or additional fees.

6. Health & Liability

By participating in any class or program, you acknowledge:

• You are physically capable
• You understand risks of physical activity
• Deeper Well Studios is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss

A separate liability waiver may be required.

7. Intellectual Property

All Website content—including text, graphics, branding, images, and videos—is owned by Deeper Well Studios and may not be reused without written permission.
