1. Classes & Drop-In Sessions

• All class purchases are non-refundable
• No refunds for missed classes or no-shows
• Cancellations must follow posted policies

2. Memberships

• Membership fees are non-refundable once billed
• You may cancel to prevent future charges
• No partial refunds for unused time

3. Workshops & Special Events

Refund eligibility:

• Full refund if canceled ≥ 48 hours before event
• No guaranteed refund within 48 hours
• Some events may be non-refundable (stated at checkout)

4. Physical Products

Returns accepted within 14 days if:

• Item is unused
• In original condition

Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.

5. Digital Products

All digital purchases (downloads, online content, digital passes) are final sale.
