Do I need to sign up before attending class?

Yes. We recommend reserving your spot in advance through our website because class sizes may be limited. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. Studio doors may be locked at or just before start time to protect a safe, uninterrupted experience.

I am new to yoga or Pilates. Can I still attend?

Absolutely. We welcome students of all experience levels. Instructors offer modifications and encourage you to move at a pace that feels supportive.

What should I bring to class?

Bring water and comfortable movement-friendly clothing. We provide studio mats for all classes, and select props are available depending on the class.

What if I need to cancel my class?

Classes may be canceled up to 4 hours before start time without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur fees or class deductions.

Are memberships refundable?

Memberships, class packages, and semester packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I freeze my membership?

Unlimited memberships may be frozen for up to two months per calendar year. Freeze requests take effect on the next billing cycle. Semester packages are not eligible for freezes.

What is your phone policy?

Phones are not permitted inside studio rooms during class. Please silence devices and store them with your belongings before entering.

Do I need to remove my shoes?

Yes. Shoes are not permitted inside studio rooms.

Can I attend if I am pregnant or recovering from an injury?

In many cases, yes. Please inform your instructor of pregnancy, injury, medical condition, or physical limitation before class so modifications can be offered.

Are children allowed in the studio?

Children under 12 are not permitted in studio areas unless attending a designated family class, private event, or supervised offering.

What if I do not have a yoga mat?

No problem. We provide studio mats for all classes. You may use one of ours, place your own mat on top, or practice exclusively on your personal mat.

What makes your heated classes different?

Heated classes take place in the Moon Room, which uses infrared heat panels rather than traditional forced-air heat. Infrared warms the body directly and is paired with humidity control.

Will I be okay if I have never taken a heated class before?

Yes. Hydrate, listen to your body, and take breaks as needed. Instructors offer modifications and create room for you to move at your own pace.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. We offer private yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and wellness sessions. Contact us or visit booking for availability.

What wellness services do you offer besides classes?

We offer specialty workshops, trainings, community events, private sessions, red light therapy, and restorative wellness experiences.

Can I rent the studio for a private event?

Yes. The studio is available for select private rentals, celebrations, workshops, wellness gatherings, and community events.
